يُعد الاتحاد الدولي لرجال الأعمال والمستثمرين العرب بالخارج أحد الكيانات الاقتصادية العربية التي تهدف إلى بناء منظومة علاقات دولية قوية تربط الأشقاء العرب في مختلف دول العالم، وتدعم التعاون الاقتصادي والاستثماري بينهم في كافة المجالات والأنشطة.
وانطلاقًا من مبدأ أن «في الاتحاد قوة»، جاء تأسيس هذا الكيان الاقتصادي العربي ليكون منصة تجمع رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين العرب بالخارج، وتُعزز فرص التواصل والتعاون وتبادل الخبرات، من خلال شبكة علاقات دولية واسعة تربط أبناء الوطن العربي حول العالم.
فالعرب حاضرون في مختلف دول العالم، ولديهم أنشطة اقتصادية وتجارية واستثمارية متنوعة، وكان من الضروري وجود كيان جامع يُمثلهم، ويدعم نجاحهم، ويخلق روابط قوية بين أعمالهم ومجتمعات الأعمال المختلفة، بما يسهم في فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون والشراكات.
ولهذا يحرص الاتحاد على أن يمثل رئاسته في كل دولة شخصيات تتمتع بالسمعة الطيبة والعلاقات الواسعة مع المسؤولين ورجال وسيدات الأعمال وأصحاب الشركات والمصانع، إيمانًا بأن قوة فروع الاتحاد تنبع من قوة أعضائها وما يمتلكونه من خبرات ورؤية وكاريزما قيادية.
ونحن على ثقة بأن هذا الكيان سيواصل التوسع والانتشار ليغطي معظم دول العالم، وليصبح شريكًا استراتيجيًا مؤثرًا في دعم الأعمال والاستثمارات، وبناء جسور التعاون الاقتصادي بين الدول والشعوب.

يُعد المكتب التنفيذي أحد الركائز الأساسية للاتحاد، حيث يتولى تنفيذ الأنشطة والبرامج والمشروعات التي يتم اعتمادها من قبل مجلس الإدارة، إلى جانب تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه للمكاتب الإقليمية والفرعية والأعضاء، وتعزيز جسور التواصل مع القطاع الخاص والحكومات والمؤسسات الدولية والإقليمية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
كما تضطلع المكاتب الإقليمية بإدارة الأنشطة المحلية والتنسيق بين الجهات الحكومية والمؤسسات الخاصة والشركات والمجتمع المحلي داخل نطاق عملها، بينما تعمل المكاتب الفرعية كمراكز اتصال مباشرة مع الأعضاء، تُعنى بإدارة العلاقات وتعزيز الحضور الفعّال للاتحاد داخل الأسواق المحلية، بما يسهم في نشر أهداف الاتحاد ورسائله على نطاق أوسع.
وتنبع أهمية المكتب التنفيذي والمكاتب الإقليمية والفرعية من دورها الحيوي في توطيد العلاقات بين أعضاء الاتحاد والشركاء والمؤسسات المختلفة، بما يدعم تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة وتعزيز فرص التعاون والنجاح.
ومن هذا المنطلق، فإننا نؤكد على أهمية تكثيف الجهود وتعزيز التكامل والتنسيق المستمر بين المكتب التنفيذي والمكاتب الإقليمية والفرعية، لضمان تقديم أفضل الخدمات والدعم للأعضاء، وتمكينهم من توسيع أعمالهم وتعزيز حضورهم في الأسواق العربية والعالمية.

- Supports the promotion of investment opportunities across multiple sectors, including industry, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, technology, construction materials, marble, and granite.
- Connects the Federation to a network of Arab, African, and Asian relations, enhancing trade exchange and supporting long-term economic partnerships.
- Works to strengthen communication between the private sector and government entities, contributing to increased trade and investment exchange.
